To maintain premiumness and exclusivity, we limit onboarding to only 4 vendors per product category.

We charge a security deposit of ₹50,000/year to formalize the partnership and ensure dedication across the platform.
Vendor Responsibilities
You are required to provide the most competitive pricing in the market. You must close the sale at the pricing provided on our platform and remit the agreed profit margins to NirmaanTech.
Our Responsibilities
We handle the entire lead generation (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, GMB), lead verification, appointment scheduling, and provide CRM access for full transparency.
Strict Policy
This is a professional platform to help vendors generate business. If a vendor provides pricing on our platform but closes sales at lower rates at a personal or client level, or fails to return the profit margins, the ₹50,000 security deposit will be fully forfeited/compensated to NirmaanTech as a penalty for breach of contract.
